Frauenthal Center for the Performing Arts is the cultural center of Muskegon, with it’s elaborate original movie house interior and award-winning lobby renovation. The terra cotta exterior needed some major maintenance, some of it routine repointing, and some of it repairs to cracked and spalled terra cotta blocks. The parapet cap was also covered with sheet metal to prevent water infiltration.
