St. Mary’s Catholic Church

St. Mary’s Catholic Church is located on West Clay Avenue in Muskegon, Michigan. With variations through the years, the current building has served the Catholic Community for 40 years until June 2, 1889 when the foundation for the present location was completed.

The Diocese of Grand Rapids completed an exterior assessment in 2020. Most of the recommended restoration and improvement efforts involve masonry reconstruction, repointing, and ornamental sheet-metal elements.
